Vincennes RDC Meets at 9

The Vincennes Redevelopment Commission is set to meet this morning at 9 at Vincennes City Hall. Under old business, the board will address residential TIF projects with the Oliphant Project, Broadway Place Project, DC Developers, and Bierhaus Flats. They will hear a request from Tyler Simmons involving a property at 1205 Perry Street and hear from Steve Blinn and Marc McNeese on a housing rehabilitation program that was recently announced by Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. Under new business, Matt Rueff from Anderson Partners will appear before the board to present a potential new housing complex called Firehouse Flats.
